[WSBARP] referral for condominium question

[Vashonlaw]

I have clients who will be constructing two dwellings on a single parcel of land. They tell me that they have county approval and appropriate zoning. After the dwellings are constructed, their interests will likely diverge. They would like to know if they could create a condominium to handle ownership issues as well as taxes and upkeep. I would like a referral to an attorney who is comfortable examining their proposals and who also would be able to advise them on condominium creation.
