[WSBARP] Referral for counsel re: purchase at foreclosure auction

Listmates, Potential Client needs counsel to assist in purchasing a home at the HOA foreclosure auction. PC had home under contract, seller breached. But PC now wants to save significant money by purchasing at auction THIS FRIDAY.  Particularly given the holiday this week, this is not a good fit for me or my firm.
