Subject: [WSBARP] referral for foreclosure matter

Hello Listmates:

I was contacted by a potential client who needs assistance in dealing with
Bank of America in a possible foreclosure matter. PC stopped making
payments on a property several years ago and needs advice regarding what
to do with this and potentially another property. (My understanding is
that BofA hasn't foreclosed, just threatened foreclosure and then nothing
else has followed).

Looking for referrals for anyone who could offer assistance. All names
will be passed along. Thank you,

Heather

I know I have seen previous threads on this, but thought I would ask again
