[WSBARP] UST contamination liability for migration and Shell Multi-Site Clean-up

I’m checking to see if anyone has experience enforcing Shell’s clean up
liability on a former Shell site to either consult with or associate.
Also looking for the same for defending against a neighboring owner’s
claims arising from migration of contaminants onto the neighbor’s
property.
