Subject: [WSBARP] Breach of warranty of Deed-statute of limitations
When does the statute of limitations start running on a breach of a
warranty in a statutory warranty deed? The time of delivery of deed to
grantee or date of discovery by grantee of a breach? I was my
understanding that breach occurs when deed is delivered and the 6 year
statute begins running at that time. Your reasoned input would be
appreciated.
