<div class="default-style" style="font-size: 15px; font-family: -apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,helvetica,sans-serif;">Each credit card company such Visa, Mastercard, etc may have their own requirements regarding surcharges, whether they are allowed and how you notify the customer of them. While the law generally allows for surcharges in WA, because it becomes confusing as to how you notify each customer, and other rules based on each credit card company's policies that they are using, I just write them off as a direct business cost. </div>
