Hello all-potential client is surviving unmarried partner of intestate decedent. 20+ year relationship, sounds like a lot of the accounts and other property is JTWROS, but there is also real estate involved and I'm not sure about how it's titled.<br>
<br>
It's something I'd take except the PC would prefer someone who speaks Mandarin. Any potential referrals, self-referrals?<br>
