<p class="MsoNormal">The last time I was PGAL for minors that were receiving a wrongful death settlement, the Plaintiff Counsel was pushing a structured settlement. I ended up going along with it, but I pushed back on having the annuity extend past the 18<sup>th</sup>
birthday. So we annuitized each beneficiary’s share to mature on their 18<sup>th</sup> birthday. The annuity company works with a Pooled Trust company, so it keeps the management costs down. Here are my contacts for the structured settlement folks, I expect
they would have Spanish speakers on staff given it is a large national company:<o:p></o:p></p>

have separate tort settlements of around $825,000.00. I need to set up trusts or blocked accounts for each one. I prefer using a trustee or fund administrator who speaks Spanish, as their adoptive mother does not speak any English. Ideas about what protective
