<div dir="ltr"><div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">I am assisting with a probate. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">H&W had a trust got a trust in the late 90's. They actually re-titled assets. Then they re-did their estate plan and went to a Last Will and Testament, but a passive income real property was never transferred back into their names. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Now H has died.  W is in memory care.  POA for W who has been taking care of both of them for years has no documents other than the most recent estate plan and didn't even know there had once been a Trust. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">I am unclear as to the path for getting the property from the Trust into W's name. </div><br clear="all"></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><p><b><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Brent
