<div class="pre" style="margin: 0; padding: 0; font-family: monospace"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">A client of mine asked me to record the Revocation of a POA that her father had previously executed in favor of one of her siblings.</span></div>
<div class="pre" style="margin: 0; padding: 0; font-family: monospace"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">I believe another family member prepared the Revocation. It had margins of about 1/2" all the way around. The recorder's office accepted it, with a surcharge for a non-conforming document. However, I think I read somewhere that information outside the margins may not be scanned in. </span></div>

Or, will the text outside of the margins not be visible in the public records?</span></div>
