<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; color:windowtext">A beneficiary can file a petition for a report of affairs of estate under 11.68.065 and cite the fact that the PR was unwilling to provide an account absent
a court order. I have never understood why, in most cases, this would be a problem if the PR is doing his or her job – which is basically bookkeeping.</span></p>
