beneficiaries under the same terms and conditions of my Living Trust as it exists at the date of my death, and to fund those trusts with any assets of my probate estate or with any property distributed to my Personal Representative from the Trustee.” It seems
like a parallel option that is provides a difference without a distinction. I am not familiar with this option. Could someone help me understand why the moving parts?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
