My office has always used ANS and we have never had any issues with early bond issuance. They are great and I'd recommend them if you are shopping for a new company/solution. They can issue a bond before the current one expires (with a future effective date),
and the state will also renew prior to the expiration date. You simply cannot use the new stamp until the old one has expired, as you are likely aware, maybe the insurer is mistaking the two? </div>
