Had it notarized. Notary and brother-in-law can attest to his signing this document at the bank.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">He did not prepare a new Will.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">Sister, as Agent, helped him do a Transfer on Death Deed for his house to their mom.
