<p class="MsoNormal">Joshua, not a day goes by that I don’t learn something new. It is one reason I decided to handle probate, estates and TEDRA cases.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It is rare, but I have had court orders in probate for blocked accounts. One recently was for a wayward PR who was threatening to take monies out of the account in distribution to herself, fired her atty and the court stepped in at an
emergency hearing before the motion to remove and replace the PR was heard. In addition, when I have probate monies in my firm’s trust account and they are sizeable (usually from wrongful death settlement subject to RCW 4.20 or from a home sale), I sometimes
get agreement between the potential heirs/beneficiaries and PR/Admin. to move to a blocked trust account which earns interest while we deal with TEDRA or allocation of wrongful death money issues.<o:p></o:p></p>
