We have a court order establishing this. However, they are a HNW couple and have created a confidential property settlement agreement that is referenced by the Court order but obviously not part of the record. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">I am wanting to transfer title on a property under the 458-61a-203(2) provision but am uncertain as to what additional documentation may be required with the REETA. Example, when I transfer through probate, I upload to Simplifile the Letters authorizing the PR to act. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">What, if anything, do I need to include here?
