<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#002060">Decedent died in his home and was discovered by a neighbor. Decedent was not survived by a spouse, children, parents, or siblings. Several heirs have been identified but we have just begun researching their
contact information.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#002060">In the meantime, who has or who can be given authority to enter the Decedent's home to remove perishables and search the Decedent's belongings for evidence of a Will?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
