Apologies if this seems like a silly question but the title company does not know the answer and neither do I. I have a deed that conveys to Mary Smith, an individual, and John and Joan Smith, a married couple. Does this create a 1/3 interest in each of the
three parties or a 50% interest with Mary and a 50% CP interest with John and Joan?</div>
