<div dir="ltr"><div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Greetings Wise Ones - </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">I am seeing an uptick in multiple claims coming from creditors. Today the burr in my saddle is Virginia Mason. Decedent had been ill, cancer. Long time treatment, eventual passing in mid-April. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">We did the notice to creditors but Virinia Mason has at least FIVE different account numbers for this same decedent, including one that just came in via USPS to the Executor.  </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br>First question - if known creditor letters were sent to Virginia Mason for Accounts A, B, C, X, and Y......are they still entitled for actual notice for Account Z when they haven't bothered to send a single invoice until now?</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">I have always been extremely conservative advising my clients that it is better to send a known creditor letter referencing all known accounts. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">I was looking for authority that was specifically on point and came up short. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Curious to know what you do when it comes to Known Creditor notices. </div><br clear="all"></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><p><b><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Brent
