<p class="MsoNormal">I always put this “lender” on notice in writing (email or letter) of my role as attorney in the Estate for the Administrator or heir and that there is no guarantee of inheritance or estate value.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">It is not your responsibility to make sure this lender is covered and the contract for this “loan” is with the person taking it out and the lender, not you.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">In my experience, these are horrible loans and the cost of them is ridiculous as far as fees and interest, penalties, etc. but NEVER guarantee payment from the Estate in inheritance or otherwise and let the person taking the loan out share
the Inventory with the lender, again avoiding any guarantee by you of the value of the Estate.<o:p></o:p></p>
