In situations like these I submit an Ex Parte motion to grant the PR the
power to transfer and then transfer using a Deed of PR and Under the REETA
exemption instead of by probate, it is by court order.

In the petition I lay out the facts and have supporting declaration that
establishes that this would have been Mom's property if they had done
Subject: [WSBAPT] Professional Personal Representative

Colleagues,

I represent an heir to an intestate estate where the administrator was recently removed. The court entered an order stating that a specified family member (we?ll call him John Doe) or a third-party personal representative shall serve as the administrator going
forward. Property of the estate is supposed to be turned over this Friday, but we don?t have an administrator to receive the estate property. I?m having trouble locating an affordable professional personal representative who can quickly step into the role.
Dorothy Hansen is not presently accepting new clients as she is going on medical leave. For corporate options (i.e., Ohana), it could be a month or more before a committee even decides whether to accept the case (and then I may need to file a motion to appoint
the administrator who accepted the case, etc.,). We don?t have that kind of time. Are there other professional fiduciaries (like Dorothy Hansen) who perform professional personal representative services?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
