<div dir="ltr"><div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Greetings Listmates - </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">For those with active matters in King County Superior Court, be advised that the clerk's office is working through a backlog - that MUST be the answer - because I have a probate matter where the deadline to file was June 6th and yesterday, June 9th, two creditor claims that were given filing dates of May 29th and June 6th showed up on the docket for the first time. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">But that is NOT why I am writing this. No. I'm writing this because TODAY another creditor claim showed upon the docket with a filing date of MAY 23, 2025. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Also be advised that USPS is also super slow in that I received BOTH the May 29 and June 6 creditor claims in my mailbox on June 9. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Just wanted to share in case anyone else is counting days for any deadlines. </div><br clear="all"></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><p><b><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Brent
