<p class="MsoNormal">Client is foreclosing on a piece of property located in Pend Oreille County. The Trustee Sale is scheduled to be conducted on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Pend Oreille County Courthouse in Newport, Washington.<o:p></o:p></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">Could any of you be available to call the Trustee Sale at that time? It is quite the drive from here in Tacoma.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">What are the qualifications required for a person to call a Trustee Sale? Does it have to be an attorney? (FYI, I received a recommendation to use the Pend Oreille County Sheriff,
but their office says that they do not do that.) <o:p></o:p></li></ol>
