<p class="MsoNormal">I have had this happen a few times. Once Letters are issued, the PR / Administrator is officially serving in that capacity. In one case, I filed, I gave proper notice and set for hearing. Behind my back, another attorney filed in a small
county and did so ex parte, gave no notice pursuant to statute and the Court signed their Order and Letters were issued. This other attorney knew we had filed and set hearing on the matter.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We objected to the Order and Letters, and it fell on deaf ears. So, our case was dismissed.<o:p></o:p></p>
