He was getting financing when he was told that his credit report had collections and negative reports. </span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">He pulls his own credit report - and there on the report are debts that belonged to his recently deceased mother.</span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">I can tell you that we did the Notice to Creditor publication. The Executor sent actual notice to known creditors - we got ZERO creditor claims filed. </span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Has anyone encountered this before? I am not certain how I can help other than to tell my Executor to call and dispute.
