<div dir="ltr"><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Brain Trust - </span><br clear="all"></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Another new one for me....just got off the phone with one of my Executors.  He was getting financing when he was told that his credit report had collections and negative reports. </span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">He pulls his own credit report - and there on the report are debts that belonged to his recently deceased mother.</span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">I can tell you that we did the Notice to Creditor publication. The Executor sent actual notice to known creditors - we got ZERO creditor claims filed.  </span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Has anyone encountered this before? I am not certain how I can help other than to tell my Executor to call and dispute. He was not a co-singor or guarantor on her account so I am confused as to how those companies got his social security number that allowed them to report to his credit score. </span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></span></div><div><span class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Appreciate any insights!</span></div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><p><b><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Brent
