been naming “Iris W. Kingston, of Senior Support Services, Inc. of Bellingham, Washington, or her assigns or successors.” Occasionally, clients will name Senior Support Services (or another similar entity) as PR or AIF if the client does not have anyone else

“Staff page is under construction” so it is impossible to tell how many people are included in the use of the royal “we” (as in “We are often appointed…”). Thanks for the tip.

Will. Senior Support Services advises the client that the client must identify a specific person at Senir Support Services “or her successor". I have no problem drafting the Will as directed but, as a general question, I question the need to appoint a specific
