Mother and father were unmarried. Father passed away and minor children inherited DRS IRA from father. Mother set up and inherited IRA account for the children to receive father's DRS IRA. DRS says they will not transfer the money to the children's account
without a court order stating that Mother is the guardian or conservator of her own children. Is there another way Mother can get DRS to transfer the money to an account for the children, with Mother as custodian of the account? </div>
