I emailed and called the ex parte department asking how to obtain letters. </div><div>As of today, I have not received a direct response to these communications. I know the clerks are working hard to adjust to a new system and some bumps after a new system upgrade (?) seem reasonable, but it appears that a big hole exists in the new system.
