<p class="MsoNormal">In my experience the beneficiary appoints the law firm or the attorney that is doing the non judicial foreclosure as the successor trustee I've been doing that For 40 plus years I've never had a problem since the trustee under a deed of
trust can be a law firm or an attorney and the beneficiary has the right to a point whoever they want as long as they're eligible under the statute to be the successor trustee.<o:p></o:p></p>

Decedent was alive and has not made any payments since the beginning of the year. The borrower has been sent a demand letter but has not responded in any way.<o:p></o:p></a></p>
