it’s helpful to center the equitable nature of the claim.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">If you recall, she, Paul Firuz, and I presented at a CLE in late 2023 regarding the effect of CIR/equity relationships on probate administration. I haven’t done research on what has happened since if anything,
but at the time we didn’t see anything indicating a change in the actual rules; just another evolution in the term, from “meretricious relationship” to “committed intimate relationship” to “equity relationship.”<o:p></o:p></span></p>
