<p class="x_MsoNormal">I need to draft a WA Deed of Trust for a private loan agreement, and am having difficulty finding a RCW 61.24.010 trustee to list. Listing myself as the trustee would be a conflict of interest because I represent the beneficiary.

<p class="x_MsoNormal">Does anyone have a suggestion, including self-referrals? It is entirely possible that the debtor will default on this loan; all is based in King County.</p>
