<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Greetings List Members - </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">I had a probate, Decedent died in 2022. They just received a collection notice on behalf of GEICO for an accident 14 months after death.  There was only one vehicle, it was lawfully transferred (receipts from the DOL) - so it is impossible that my Decedent (or his vehicle) was involved. </div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">The case has long since closed and I am not sure as to what advice to give the former Executor. Notice is being sent to the named person and not the Estate of.....simply throw away? return to sender as deceased? Attempt to reason with a collection agency?</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:arial,sans-serif">Appreciate any thoughts on next steps. </div><div><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_signature" data-smartmail="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><p><b><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Brent
