PC's wants to either move the accounts to another financial institution or consolidate with other accounts. However, the financial institution refuses to release the funds saying he has to file a petition pursuant to the Uniform Trust to Minors Act, <span style="letter-spacing: -0.32px;">designating him a successor custodian of the accounts before they will allow him access to the funds</span><span style="letter-spacing: -0.02em;">. </span></font></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false" style=""><span style="letter-spacing: -0.02em;"><font size="2" style="background-color: inherit;"><br></font></span></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false" style=""><font size="2">I've not dealt with the Uniform Trust to Minors Act, however I was able to find what appears to be a very general template at RCW 11. 114.180(4).
