is serving as PR/Admin, but if an heir is incapacitated or a minor, they need a probate GAL.

himself physically or financially.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">He became very belligerent to me and his two siblings (all heirs). I petitioned the court for a guardian to be appointed and it was granted. I was serving as the PR of the
Estate and eventually, we were able to have the man move because he needed nursing care. Then, the Estate could proceed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.5pt">While he was initially cooperating, we listed the house for sale and got an excellent offer and a back up offer. Unfortunately, the beneficiary then sent a certified letter indicating there was NO WAY he would
ever leave the house. Both the offer and the back up offer were rescinded.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
