B predeceased and has one child, M. </span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">Neither J nor M want the cabin in their own name for unknown reasons but everyone wants the cabin to stay in the family.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">J (86) (beneficiary to 50%) would like to give her 50% to her daughter R (60). </span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div><span style="font-size: 14px;">M (45) </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">(beneficiary to 50%)</span><span style="font-size: 14px;"> </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">has four children - three adults and a new baby. She is considering giving her half to her daughter L (23).
