Estate opened intestate, and Letters of Administration issued. Notice to Creditors Published and notices given - Now a Will is found. After thinking about it, do I have to start over?  Petition the Court to have NEW Letters Testamentary issued (PRs named in

 Will have declined to serve in favor of sister who is now appointed to Administer the Estate), Republish in the Newspaper, and resend notices out to everyone?</div>
