of native homelands. ILTF achieves this goal through education and funding grant programs. One of these programs is in the area of estate planning. Since ILTF's inception, the Foundation has supported estate planning as one of the most effective ways to combat
fractionization of Indian land titles and ensure that Indian lands are controlled and managed by Indian people. </span><span style="font-family:"Open Sans",sans-serif;color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

to partner with legal contractors (attorneys, LSCs, and law school clinics) to conduct estate planning for native landowners. Wills written must comply with the American Indian Probate Reform Act, any tribal probate codes and state probate regulations.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Open Sans",sans-serif;color:black;letter-spacing:.1pt">ILTF is looking to expand its estate planning program. ILTF pays legal contractors in a "pay for service" model. Contractors are paid per will and additional
estate planning document executed for each client. Legal contractors are responsible for engaging with native communities to bring in clients.
