The Leadership Development Initiative appointment is for two years. To be considered for selection, a person must: (1) have practiced in the real property or probate and trust area for at least one (1) year; (2) be younger than 36 years of age or have been
 admitted to the bar less than five (5) years; and (3) demonstrate a willingness to become a leader of the Section in the future. Fellows must be RPPT members.  Subject to WSBA fiscal and RPPT reimbursement policies, all Fellows will receive reimbursement to
 attend all Section meetings.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
