<p class="MsoNormal">That's what we have been advising for the last couple of years and have never had a problem with the courts here in Thurston County approving it or received opposition as to the actual hourly rate from attorneys representing other heirs
in that same probate usually the issue isn't the hourly rate but whether the amount of time that was spent was reasonable<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I like to check in every now and then to see what folks are advising clients as far as a “reasonable rate” for time spent administering an estate. Historically, I’ve advised that up to $30/hr was reasonable for basic tasks and up to $50/hr
was reasonable for more advanced tasks (taxes, meeting with an attorney, etc.). Is this in line with what you advise?<o:p></o:p></p>
