<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">The Husband was in prison and a felon for many years. Decedent had a lease for an apt with her children at time of her death. The brother of the decedent was appointed as
Administrator of the Estate and the father of the children is out of prison and has physical custody of the minors at this time. There is an ongoing custody battle for the minors.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">The father of the minors decided to move into the apt with the children and now won’t leave. We have notified the landlord that the decedent on the lease died, and the Estate
did not give anyone permission to take up residence in the apartment, and will not be responsible for any rent after death. The husband won’t allow the Administrator in the apartment to inventory personal property. Admin. was concerned there may be guns
in apartment, but the father told the police, there weren’t any. Now the father has filed for a protective order from the Admin. and hearing is set for 3/16.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">I need a referral for the Admin. to obtain an attorney to assist with the ongoing protective order, hearing and also the custody issues. I will continue to handle the probate.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">A wrongful death attorney has been retained by the Administrator and those claims are being made.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
