<p class="MsoNormal">I am having issues getting date of death information from TIAA. Deceased had a funded RLT and beneficiaries listed on all other accounts. Trustee of RLT will be filing the estate tax return. TIAA is refusing to provide date of death statements
and values unless the trustee provides letters testamentary or letters of administration.

<p class="MsoNormal">Has anyone dealt with this before? Am I missing something, or is there a workaround for TIAA’s request?<o:p></o:p></p>
