With the attorney or PR filing a Receipt for that deposit to blocked account within XX period of time?</span><br /><br /><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">As a settlement GAL for a minor, I have made that recommendation. To my knowledge, the court ordered it and presumably, the bank complied.
