<p class="MsoNormal">Potential Client lives out of state, has a brother residing in King County. Brother is elderly with some memory loss, but PC is attorney-in-fact for brother, and the brother has round-the-clock licensed, bonded, experienced professional
care in his own home. PC has learned that apparently someone has made an APS complaint, but of course APS can’t/won’t talk about status of investigation.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">PC would like to consult with an attorney who can help them understand the APS, and how best to handle it.<o:p></o:p></p>
