<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I’ve appraised cellars/collections over the years… there are personal property appraisers who hold a license, but it’s not a requirement for wine appraisers.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I would need a few things, like how the wine’s been stored, photos, and of course an inventory listing. Plus condition of every bottle; I use a rating system of fair/good/excellent.
This is based on several things including fill level, label condition, etc.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Also how the wine’s been stored… how long he’s had each bottle… just a few factors I use for assessment.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
