deed, the parcel numbers for both Property A <u>and</u> Property B should appear in the indexing information. Otherwise, the Assessor’s records will likely reflect a conveyance of title to Property B. (Also, in this case, I recommend using a brand-new cover
page for the corrected deed.)<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I also include both the misspelled name and the correctly spelled name in the indexing information at the head of the deed, hoping that the recorder will index it under both. I think that helps maintain chain of title, though it’s something
