rejection. I think you can close and if there is a different rule, I’d think they’d be estopped from bringing it on grounds of equity. We should not have to do any creditor’s job – in this case you doing research for the creditor government.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

as Administrator in his father’s Estate. I rejected the claim and heard nothing from the creditor. They did not file suit within 30 days of the rejection.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
