as Administrator in his father’s Estate. I rejected the claim and heard nothing from the creditor. They did not file suit within 30 days of the rejection.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Book Antiqua",serif">I want to make sure there is nothing I am missing that WA Employment Security Dept has any exceptions to for repayment of possible overpayments to the decedent.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
