<p class="MsoNormal">In my continuing attempts to determine how close TEDRA actions are to civil cases, I am now wondering if we are required to comply with ER 904(b) before trial in a will contest case (King County). Compliance with ER 904 is necessary in
a civil case. The relevant part of ER 904(b) states:<o:p></o:p></p>
