<p class="MsoNormal">I represent the successor personal representative of an estate who obtained letters after the original personal representative passed away. The OPR obtained and EIN and opened an estate bank account. The responsible party is listed as
the OPR and the address is the address of the OPR. I believe I need to report the change in responsible party and address to the IRS. How do I go about this? File a Form 8822 and 8822-B?
