<p class="MsoNormal">The <a href="https://www.wsba.org/docs/default-source/legal-community/sections/rppt/resources/rppt_bylaws_170727.pdf">
Bylaws</a> of the WSBA RPPT <a href="https://www.wsba.org/legal-community/sections/real-property-probate-and-trust-section">
Section</a> provide for 2 classes of membership. Voting members must be active members of the WSBA. Non-voting members (“Subscribers”) can be a law student or any other person. Subscribers are entitled to receive the Newsletter of the Section and access “Members
Pages” on the website. I would think that Subscribers can participate in the Listserv, but that is somewhat ambiguous. Maybe one of the Section leaders can clarify. I know from my experience as a leader in the Solo & Small Practice Section, we let our non-voting
members participate in the Listserv.<o:p></o:p></p>
